All printed material is final sale. Returns and exchanges of printed material are not available, except on the condition that the print or material is damaged or defective upon receival.
In the case of damage or defect, you must contact our customer service within 24 hours of receival to file for a claim and RMA number for exchange or refund.
For all other items, such as hardware, return or exchange is only available for items that are defective upon receival, or if an incorrect item has been sent.
